Job Description
The Digital Fundraising Specialist leads the planning and execution of all digital fundraising efforts, with a focus on growing and engaging the Conservancy’s individual donor base. This role is responsible for managing digital campaigns end-to-end, optimizing the online giving experience, and using data to strengthen acquisition, retention, and donor engagement across channels.
Requirements
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in digital fundraising, direct response, or nonprofit marketing
- Experience managing email platforms, online donation systems, and CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent writing and communication skills, especially for donor-facing content
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
