Nurse Practitioner

Chestnut Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its physiatry team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, conducting patient assessments, and providing education and counseling to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Actively Licensed to practice in the state of employment
• Current Controlled Substance License (required upon start date)
• Current DEA License (required upon start date)
• ANCC Certificate/AANP Certificate
• Desire to work in Physiatry/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Orthopedic Experience (nice to have)
• Physiatry Experience (nice to have)
• Skilled Nursing Experience (nice to have)
