Requirements
- Actively Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois
- Current Controlled Substance License
- Current DEA License
- ANCC Certificate/AANP Certificate
- Desire to work in Physiatry/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Orthopedic Experience
- Physiatry Experience
- Skilled Nursing Experience
