Job Description
Provide exceptional member experience and build relationships with members through needs assessments and product and service recommendations. Participate in business development events and assist members with financial transactions.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years' customer service and/or cash handling experience required. Financial services experience preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to write and speak effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar.
- Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10-key.
- Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
