Promotes and sells Chevron's products, manages group and employee work to align with corporate/department objectives, and develops effective sales strategies to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets.
Requirements
- Matured Vietnamese with Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or mechanical.
- Proven track record of success in lubricants sales, FMCG or a similar field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- 2-3 years of B2C (indirect) sales experience in a multi-national company is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical knowledge of lubricants and related products is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both speaking and writing.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, excel, Power Points, DMS, PMM, IBP).
- Ability to travel.
