Job Description
Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem) is looking for a motivated QC Lab Technician to contribute to the quality and reliability of their products. The role involves data collection and analysis, ensuring quality of analyses, and managing documents and reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Chemistry or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of laboratory work experience, and strong technical knowledge of laboratory analyses and equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Chemistry or equivalent relevant experience
- 1-3 years of experience in independent laboratory work, preferably in (petro)chemistry
- General technical knowledge of laboratory analyses and equipment
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support
- Strong in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and following up
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and writing reports
- A team player with good communication skills
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shift system (V-L-N-D)
- Good knowledge of Dutch and (technical) English
- Fluent with MS Office and laboratory-related software applications
