Additive Formulator and Test Engineer

The Additive Formulator and Test Engineer will develop additive technology for automotive, driveline, and hydraulic oil applications, design and execute testing plans, analyze data, and communicate results to stakeholders. The role involves managing technical projects, collaborating with internal and external teams, and traveling internationally. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field, and experience in formulating, additive, lubricant, or product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• Formulating, additive, lubricant, or product development experience
• Able to travel domestically and internationally several times per year
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in diverse global teams
• Project Management – ability to manage complex projects
• Written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
