Job Description
We are seeking a Lead IT System Support Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA EAM to join our ERP scrum teams. The successful candidate will perform troubleshooting, analysis, coordination, and resolution of various types of production issues, and configure the SAP EAM and IAM solutions to meet business needs or resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, S4/HANA
- Hands-on experience in Asset Management using SAP EAM
- Proficiency in SAP EAM Configuration
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and integrations with SAP modules (e.g. MM, FI, CO etc)
- Knowledge of ITIL based management practices, Agile Methodology
- Familiarity with SAP Work Manager, SAP Asset Manage
