Mental Health Technician (MHT) - AM

Join our team as a Mental Health Technician! Schedule: 7a- 3:30p, five shifts per week, including every other weekend. As a Mental Health Technician, you'll be an integral part of our treatment team, providing continuous care, supervision, and positive role modeling to patients across various age groups. Requirements

• Accurately record vital signs
• Exercise judgment in patient interactions and report changes to the RN
• Follow therapeutic interventions outlined by the treatment team and provide information for development and revision
• Employ crisis-intervention techniques, conduct MHT-led groups, and use facility-approved CPI techniques
• Assist patients through discharge, guide in adjusting to life changes, and help with personal hygiene
• Comply with policies for a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment, practicing universal precautions and responding to patient care priorities
