Engineer, New Product Development

We are seeking a motivated and innovative New Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be focused on the overall success of new product development and product design, strategy and forward-planning.

Requirements

• Manage products through all phases of New Product Development process
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to continuously improve speed and effectiveness
• Ensure new product meet cost and manufacturing requirements
• New equipment evaluation/implementation to support new product development and manufacturing process improvement
• Maintain and organize detailed records of development activities
• Prepare and implement written procedures and specifications related to new products or new processes
• Evaluate, analyze, and make recommendations on products, designs, and cost improvements
• Utilize Magma software to create computer-aided design
