Job Description
A warm and welcoming Oak Brook family is seeking an experienced, career Nanny Manager to join their household and provide loving, reliable care for their children.
Requirements
- Provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care for the 1-year-old and 3-year-old
- Plan engaging activities that support growth, learning, and daily routines
- Prepare lunch and light meals for children.
- Diaper changes and support potty training in a positive, consistent, and developmentally appropriate manner
- Transport older children to after-school activities.
- Run child- and family-related errands, such as returns and light pickups
- Organize children’s shoes, clothing, and belongings
- Maintain order and structure in children’s spaces in coordination with the live-in housekeeper
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with parents
