Job Description
The Field Talent Staff (FTS) program is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards and to provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments.
Requirements
- Currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Have worked at that location for at least six months
- Have their current employer's support before applying
Benefits
- Paid hourly rate of $20 ($21.50 per hour for assignments located in the state of Washington)
- Daily per diem
- Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
