Job Description
The position is for a Field Talent Staff (FTS) who will train new Team Members in Front of House, Drive-Thru, Back of House, and/or Prep in a new Chick-fil-A restaurant opening in Everett, Washington. The FTS will work on a temporary assignment for up to three weeks, and will be paid an hourly rate of $20 plus a daily per diem.
Requirements
- Currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Have worked at that location for at least six months
- Have their current employer's support

- Paid hourly rate of $20 ($21.50 in Washington state)
