New and emerging Restaurant Leaders are invited to apply for the Field Talent Staff (FTS) program to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards and provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments.

Requirements

• Currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
• Have worked at that location for at least six months
• Have their current employer’s support before applying

Benefits

• Paid at an hourly rate of $20
• Daily per diem
• Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
