Job Description
The Director of Real Estate is responsible for growing the Chicken Salad Chick brand through new restaurant development, managing the development process from initial phases to successful grand opening, and providing support to franchise owners.
Requirements
- Create and execute market development plans
- Manage development process from initial phases to successful grand opening
- Provide full support to franchise owners
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver planned number of quality deals and store openings
- Negotiate terms of Letter of Intents, leases, and build-to suit arrangements
- Cultivate a strong broker and developer network
