Assistant Store Manager - White House Black Market

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the store manager in managing sales, operations, asset protection, and human resources functions of the store.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Minimum 3 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
