Sales Lead - Chico's

The Sales Lead is responsible for supporting management in general operations of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
