Sales Lead - Chico's

The Sales Lead is responsible for supporting management in general operations of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. The role involves performing sales and register transactions, monitoring associate sales activities, and maintaining an awareness of customers to increase service levels and reduce security risks.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
