Sales Lead - Soma

The Associate Lead is responsible for supporting management in general operations of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. The position involves performing various sales and register transactions, managing associate sales activities and productivity, and maintaining awareness of customers to increase service levels and reduce security risks.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Ability to travel to stores throughout the district
