Sr. Manager/Director, Cost to Serve & Clubhouses

Chief is hiring a Sr. Manager/Director, Cost to Serve & Clubhouses to lead the company's financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis processes for the Customer Experience departments. The role requires experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Acquisition Diligence or Consulting, with a proven ability to build financial models and conduct ROI analyses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Acquisition Diligence or Consulting
• Proven ability to build financial models, conduct ROI analyses, and synthesize complex data into clear insights
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using databases and analytical tools to make data-based decisions
• Excellent communicator with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Sound judgement on when to escalate an issue
• Ability to influence without direct control; Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven self-starter with high attention to detail and a bias toward action
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of financial systems and ERP platforms
• Experience with Google apps (Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft apps (Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to transfer between the two seamlessly
