Job Description
The Head of Medical Care will lead the internal knowledge of products and therapeutic areas of Care, throughout all phases of the product life cycle and therapeutic solutions. They will be responsible for aligning the global strategy, consolidating knowledge in the local organization, and bringing Chiesi products to market in a position of competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Scientific/clinical profile with university degree
- Medical degree, Health Sciences, or Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, etc.)
- Knowledge of areas of hospital use products in Anesthesia/ICU
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulation and compliance
- Knowledge of clinical studies management
- Positive experience in leadership and team management
- Previous experience as Medical Advisor
- Previous experience in MSL team management
