Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Board Certification: PMHCNS-BC or PMHNP-BC
• Current and unrestricted DEA in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Active PA Advanced Practice Nursing licensure
• Valid PROMISE number with PA
