Job Description
Maintain a caseload of 12 in child welfare program (preventive services) utilizing Solution Based Casework (SBC) Model. Conduct weekly community based visits to assess and monitor risk/safety issues to ensure children's well being and safety. Collaborate with ACS and service providers.
