Job Description
The Child Center of NY is seeking a Multisystemic Therapy Program Director to oversee all facets of MST services under the Alternatives to Residential Treatment Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for building key relationships, strategizing with personnel, and ensuring the optimal delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- LCSW
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 2 years supervising staff
- Demonstrated competence in counseling, crisis intervention, supervision, and working knowledge of community program administration and planning
- Bilingual in one or more of the following: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali and others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently
- Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task
