Provider Specialist

The Provider Specialist serves as the primary provider liaison for assigned child care providers, delivering high-quality internal and external customer service, maintaining provider files, and providing training and technical assistance. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong administrative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or related field preferred
• One-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working with the child care community, subsidy program, and/or non-profit sector with a focus on reimbursement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bilingual/Spanish preferred
