Family Service Care Coordinator

Family Service Care Coordinator will work with East Bay families to help them identify and begin the services, resources, advocacy, education, or skills they feel will best assist them in achieving their identified goals via the implementation of Wraparound Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Experience in child welfare, parent education, home-based services, and/or crisis intervention required;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and car registration required;
• Must authorize Child & Family to complete a motor vehicle records check;
