Job Description
The Residential Services Program Manager will implement life skills trainings and behavioral plans for youth, oversee daily operations of a residential program, and manage staff. Hybrid role with 20% remote work. Primary responsibilities include organizing activities, coordinating referrals, and managing crisis situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in residential programs with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to communicate and effectively interact with a diverse population
