Job Description
The Early Care and Education Specialist will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and supporting child care providers. This includes conducting professional development, providing consultations, and assisting with program goals. The role also involves research and supporting childcare center and parent communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of three years experience providing direct care for infants and/or toddlers
- Minimum of one-year experience providing training to adult audiences
- Valid driver's license
- Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis
