Strategic Account Manager

We are a specialist digital marketing agency hiring a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships with childcare centers and early years education providers across the US and UK.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing account management experience in a digital marketing agency
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead calls, manage difficult conversations, and hold both clients and internal teams accountable
• Confident understanding of digital marketing channels including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, email, and web development
• Experience managing a portfolio of 15+ client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness
• Proven track record of client retention and the ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships
• Commercial awareness including understanding of margins, renewals, and growth opportunities
• Strong writing skills for briefs, follow-ups, reporting, and client-facing communication
• Experience working across time zones, ideally with both US and UK clients
