Job Description
CADES is a nonprofit human services organization seeking Community Support Professionals to work directly with individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. The Community Support Professional will implement support plans, provide personal care, and guidance to enhance independence and self-worth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid drivers license with acceptable driving history
- Experience or interest in working with individuals with multiple disabilities
- Ability to instruct and assist individuals in caring for all personal needs
- Computer knowledge for email correspondence and basic data entries
