Job Description
The Program Manager oversees and manages 2-4 Community Living Arrangement (CLA) homes, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The PM manages all aspects of the home(s), supervising, training, and coaching staff, maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field
- 5 years' experience working with individuals living with multiple disabilities
- 2 years' demonstrated experience in the supervision of staff
- Previous experience working in and managing a unionized workforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Current, valid driver's license in the state of residence
