Job Description
Children’s Clinics is seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a strong transdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population. The PT will provide advanced level land or water based physical therapy evaluation, direct patient treatment, consultation, and care coordination for pediatric to young adult patients with neurological, cardiovascular, sensory, and orthopedic impairments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college/university required
- Two years related pediatric experience preferred
- Physical Therapy (PT) license from the Arizona Board of PT Examiners required
- AHCCCS Provider Identification Number required
- BLS certification required
