Provides accurate and timely assignment of diagnostic and procedural codes on medical records for collecting and indexing quality health information.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in hospital and/or physician practice outpatient coding
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one of the following certifications: CCS-P, CPC, COC
