The Director of Physician Practice Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the operations of several Children's Physician Practices. The role involves supervising and advising Managers, managing financial viability, and serving as a liaison between physicians and Children's Administration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years management experience within a physician practice operation
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, or related discipline
• MBA or MHA preferred
