Job Description
Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their Outpatient Float Pool on a PRN basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients and families, incorporating age-related and developmental needs.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Graduation from an accredited licensed practical nurse program
- Satisfactory completion of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta intravenous medication competency check
- Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment
- Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
