Job Description
We are looking for a Community Fundraising Coordinator to drive the growth, performance, and supporter experience of our community fundraising program. The role involves coordinating campaigns, building relationships with fundraisers, and implementing initiatives to attract new participants and maximize fundraising potential.
Requirements
- Tertiary or vocational qualification in a related discipline or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
- Minimum 2 years experience in fundraising or related role
- Proven experience in community or peer-to-peer fundraising, event management, or supporter engagement
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against participation and income targets
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
