Job Description
The CTL Associate III conducts clinical research under minimal supervision, authors or revises SOPs, and completes cell-based assays. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in basic science or a related field and 2 years of progressive experience in a clinical lab or GMP/GLP setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in basic science or a related field
- 2 years of progressive experience in a clinical lab or GMP/GLP setting
- Excellent aseptic/sterile techniques while working in clean rooms for manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to think critically with proven troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Capable of training others with clear instructions and technical expertise
- Ability to operate and use multiple flow cytometers
