Manager Epic Technology Training

The Manager, Epic Technology Training leads the design and delivery of enterprise training programs supporting Epic and related health technologies. This role partners with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle leaders to drive end-user adoption, workflow alignment, and system optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of clinical, operational, revenue cycle, technical, and/or training experience with health information technology, including electronic health records and other clinical or practice management applications
• Five years of experience in staff onboarding, adult education, curriculum development, instructional design, and/or training delivery, preferably in a health care setting
• Two years of management or leadership experience in a related field
