Plumber II

This position performs minor to complex maintenance and service as needed to support ongoing facility operations. Performs installations, equipment assembly, troubleshooting, repairs of all plumbing related equipment and maintains general building systems and structure.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 5 years Related and responsible experience with the plumbing trade (Required)
• DCRA Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Med Gas Certification 1 Year (Required)
• Back Flow Certification 1 Year (Required)
• Expertise in the area of specialty
• Strong knowledge of the Plumbing Code
• Math Ability: basic algebra
• PC Operating Systems and mobile work entry devices
• Proficient knowledge of the Intranet, some Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel)
• Customer Service Skills, calculator and copy machine
