Director of Plant Operations and Maintenance / Facilities Engineering

The Director of Plant Operations and Maintenance / Facilities Engineering will oversee the maintenance and operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role will manage a team, develop and implement budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a hospital environment, including 3 years of leadership experience
• Joint Commission/CMS Survey experience at the hospital level (preferred)
• Previous experience with construction projects from planning to final commissioning
• Experience with property management (preferred)
