MRI Technologist / MRI

We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team at Children's Nebraska. The successful candidate will perform MRI examinations, demonstrate a working knowledge of MRI scanners and ancillary equipment, and provide accurate and sympathetic instructions to patients and family members. Experience in MRI and pediatric experience are preferred.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology Required
• Previous experience in MRI and strong background in cross-sectional anatomy preferred pediatric experience Preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with co-workers, patients, family members, and general public
• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Board Certified ARRT Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association is required Required
• Current license from the State of Nebraska Required
• ARRT registered in MR is required within two years of hire. Required
