Job Description
Staff RN - Bedside - NICU - Weekend/Days. Provides professional nursing and individualized, family-centered care to patients/families in the NICU unit. Coordinates patient care and implements plans of care based on assessment data. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and prioritizes patient interventions based on assessments/reassessments.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without loss of efficiency or composure, and be able to perform under stressful conditions when confronted with multiple requests, demonstrating prioritizing skills.
- Must be able to work with pediatric patients and have experience with EPIC system.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays, including Fri/Sat/Sun shifts.
Benefits
