Job Description
The Supervisor of Clinical Therapy - BHWC Inpatient Weekends will lead and coordinate daily clinical operational activities, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform under stressful conditions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in behavioral health settings
- Experience with children and adolescents in behavioral health settings
- Current and valid Independent Mental Health Practitioner license
- Current and valid licensure as a psychologist
- Non-Violent Intervention training
- BLS - Basic Life Support
