Job Description
Provides behavioral health services to patients and families with acute and chronic mental and behavioral health needs, as a core member of a multi-disciplinary integrated care team. Activities include mental health risk assessment and treatment, evidence-based therapy, and medical provider consultation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- 2 years of experience in behavioral health or a related field
