Job Description
Clinical Social Worker position at Children's Wisconsin, providing care coordination and co-management for children with medical complexity due to multiple chronic conditions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or related field, plus 3000 hours post Master's experience or PhD or PsyD from an APA accredited program
- State of Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure required
- Three or more years of experience working with pediatric patients
- Knowledge of psychotropic medications
- Experience in working with children and youth with special health care needs and their families preferred
- Ability to provide quality individual, group and family therapy
