Job Description
At Children’s Wisconsin, we are seeking a Director to lead our learning and operations teams in accelerating strategic initiative execution and driving organizational transformation.
Requirements
- Serves as an advisor and thought partner to executive leaders in designing and implementing cross functional learning and enablement strategies
- Leads the integration of learning and change strategies into enterprise transformation efforts
- Directs research and adoption of emerging trends in human performance, digital learning, and enabling technologies
