Job Description
We are seeking a General Dentist to manage the dental needs of patients and assist in the operations of the dental clinic and affiliated programs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ADA accredited dental school with a D.D.S., D.M.D. or equivalent Degree.
- Maintains licensure in the State of Wisconsin and current registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency.
- Must be credentialed and be a member in good standing of the Medical Dental Staff of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
- Experience in private practice with an affinity for treating children.
- Current CPR certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
