Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous clerical experience
- Completion of a health unit coordinator program or healthcare office experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Computer and keyboard skills, Microsoft Windows, and basic word processing skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritizing skills
