Manager Clinic Practice Primary Care

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Manager Clinic Practice Primary Care to lead clinical and business objectives within a primary care medical home model. Responsibilities include leadership for operational objectives related to financial, patient experience, quality and employee engagement and growth objectives for individual providers and the practice overall.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing or related field required or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of practice management experience in lieu of degree requirement.
• 2 years of prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong physician relation skills required.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills required.
• Excellent communication skills necessary for assessment and management of patient, family or staff concerns.
• Understanding and demonstration of the use of data in decision-making and measurement within a continuous improvement framework.
• Prior experience and efficiency in an EHR and Microsoft Office applications.
