Manager Facilities Operations

Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the maintenance, repair, and renovation of all Milwaukee Campus facilities and related equipment, ensuring efficient completion within regulatory guidelines and preparing and managing budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or other facilities-related field (Safety, Emergency, or Project management) or 10 years of experience in healthcare facilities setting
• Three years of health care leadership experience
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification or other nationally recognized certification
• Knowledge of healthcare, CMS, TJC, DHS, and other federal, state, and local agencies
• Project management skills, including coordination, communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, and recruiting resources
• Experience with CMMS, BAS, Plangrid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Basic financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Certifications: CHFM or other nationally recognized certification; License: State of Wisconsin Driver's License
